# How to unsubscribe from emails and newsletters?

> Unsubscribe from AhaSlides marketing emails at any time by updating your email preferences under Notifications in My Profile.

If you no longer wish to receive emails from AhaSlides, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

## Unsubscribe from Marketing Emails

To stop receiving marketing emails, change your email preferences directly in your account:

  <Step title="Open My Profile">
    Log in and go to **My Profile**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Notifications">
    Open the **Notifications** settings.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Uncheck email types">
    Uncheck the boxes for the emails you no longer want to receive.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Update**, and you're all set!
  </Step>
</Steps>

You can return to these settings and re-enable any email type whenever you like.
