# Refund Policy

> Cancel within 14 days of subscribing and you haven't used AhaSlides at a live event? You'll receive a full refund within 5-10 business days.

Find out if you are eligible for a refund during our 14-day refund period.

If you wish to cancel **within fourteen (14) days** from the day you subscribed, and you **have not successfully used AhaSlides at a live event**, you will receive a full refund.

In order to request a refund, please reach out to us at [hi@ahaslides.com](mailto:hi@ahaslides.com). We will take action to send you the refund immediately **if you meet the above mentioned criteria** and you will receive the amount in your bank account within **5-10 business days, depending on your bank**.
