# Using the AI Panel on AhaSlides

> The AI Panel lets you generate and edit whole presentations from a text prompt in the AhaSlides editor, so it can build the slides for you.

The AI Panel uses artificial intelligence to speed up presentation creation. Describe what you want in a prompt and it generates polished, visually appealing slides for you — saving time while keeping a professional look.

## How to use the AI Panel

  <Step title="Log in to your AhaSlides account">
    Make sure you're logged in to your AhaSlides account. If you don't have one yet, sign up to unlock the AI Slide Generator.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create or open a presentation">
    Start a new presentation, or open an existing one where you want to use the AI Panel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the AI Panel">
    Click the **AI** button at the top right of the editor screen to open the AI interface.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter a prompt">
    Type instructions describing the presentation you want the AI to create or edit for you. You can also pick one of the ready-made prompts in the AI interface.

    You can start a new conversation, or reopen previous conversations, using the buttons in the panel.
