# 退订电子邮件和新闻通讯

> 随时退订 AhaSlides 营销邮件：在“我的简介”的“电子邮件首选项”中关闭您不想接收的邮件类型。

如果您不想再收到 AhaSlides 的电子邮件，可以随时退订我们的邮件列表。

## 退订营销邮件

要停止接收营销邮件，请直接在账户中更改您的电子邮件首选项：

    登录后，从账户菜单中打开 **我的简介** (My Profile)。
  </Step>

  <Step title="前往“电子邮件首选项”">
    向下滚动到 **电子邮件首选项** (Email preferences) 部分。
  </Step>

  <Step title="关闭您不想接收的邮件">
    每种邮件类型都有各自的开关——**功能更新和专业建议** (Feature updates and protips)、**一般有用内容** (General useful content) 和 **特别优惠和促销** (Special deals and promotions)。请关闭您不想再接收的类型。
  </Step>

  <Step title="保存更改">
    点击 **保存更改** (Save changes)，就大功告成了！

您可以随时返回 **电子邮件首选项** (Email preferences)，重新开启任意邮件类型。
