# Failed Payment

> Your AhaSlides payment failed or your card was declined? Learn how to resolve it, usually caused by your bank's automated fraud-prevention systems.

Your subscription payment fails or credit card was declined. Find out how to manage payment failure problems.

If your credit card was declined while making a payment, this is normally a result of your bank's automated systems.

If this happens to you, please make sure your credit card information is correct. In case of a transaction failure, we recommend first trying an alternative credit card, or giving it another try with the same credit card again but at a later time. In most cases, this would solve the issue.

### PayPal payment

Moreover, when your account has enough balance but the system still shows the following indication - *"Your card has insufficient funds"* - you can continue your transaction with PayPal.

When you are at the checkout screen, please click on the "click here" text under the "Alternative payment methods" section (which is at the bottom of the page) and the PayPal button will appear. After that, you can click on the PayPal button to continue with your payment.
