After your presentation, you can export still images of all your slides, complete with the responses they received from your audience. You can export these images as either a PDF or as JPGs. Looking to export the response data instead — a spreadsheet of which answers each participant selected or submitted? See Export data to Excel.
The Export to PDF/JPG feature is only available to paid plan users.
This export includes your slide content and audience responses only — it does not include your private speaker notes. If you need a paper copy of your notes, take a screenshot of the Remote control window instead.
A PDF export produces a single document with one page per slide. A JPG export produces a downloadable ZIP folder containing one JPG image for each of your slides.

How to export your slide images

There are three places you can export your slides from: 1. From the Share menu. Click the Share button in the presentation editor, or right-click the presentation on the My Presentations page and choose Share. In the Share menu, open Download, then choose Export as PDF or Export as images. 2. From the menu next to the presentation name. Click the caret (˅) beside the presentation’s name in the editor, open Download, then choose Export as PDF or Export as images. 3. From the Presentation Report. Click View Presentation Report in the presentation editor, or click the Report button for the presentation on the My Presentations page, to open the Presentation Report. From there, click Export and select PDF or Images. You will then be able to choose which version to download:
  • Previous version — your last generated version.
  • Download latest version — a freshly generated version.
Your download will begin automatically once the file is ready.

Can I export to PowerPoint?

AhaSlides does not currently offer a direct export to PowerPoint (PPT or PPTX). The slide export produces a PDF or a ZIP of JPG images only, as described above. If you need your slides elsewhere, you have two options:
  • A visual copy of your slides — export to PDF or Images above, then insert those files into your PowerPoint deck.
  • Your response data — export the results as a spreadsheet instead. See Export data to Excel.
Going the other way — bringing an existing PowerPoint deck into AhaSlides — is supported. See Importing a PowerPoint presentation or PDF file.
