The Help centre is a window inside AhaSlides that puts learning resources in one place. Open it when you want to find a guide, watch a short tutorial or ask a question without leaving your presentation.

Open the Help centre

1

Find the ? button

In the editor, it’s in the top bar, to the left of Preview and Present. On Home, My presentations and other dashboard pages, it’s in the top bar too. Hover over it to see its Help centre tooltip.
2

Click it

The Help centre opens as a window over your page. Close it to go straight back to what you were doing.
In the editor, the More menu also has a Help option that opens it.

What’s in the Help centre

  • Search or ask AI. Click the box at the top of the left-hand menu to open the AI assistant and ask your question in your own words. The Help centre stays open behind it, so you can come back. If the box doesn’t open the assistant for you, use the links below.
  • Helpful links. Open Documentation (AhaSlides Docs) or Request a Feature (our community wishlist), or visit Videos to see the AhaSlides YouTube channel. Each opens in a new tab.
  • Tutorial videos. The main area shows short how-to videos. Click one to watch it in the app, then use the back arrow to return to the Help centre.

Contact our support team

The Help centre doesn’t have its own contact form. To reach a person, use the Need help? chat bubble at the bottom right of the app: switch the panel to Human support, or ask the AI assistant to pass you on. See Using the AI assistant on AhaSlides.

Frequently asked questions

The Help centre is where you browse guides and tutorial videos. The chat bubble is where you chat with the AI assistant or our support team. The Search or ask AI box in the Help centre opens the same assistant as the bubble.
It isn’t shown in the PowerPoint add-in or the Zoom app.
Have a question? Contact our support team — if you’re logged in, use the chat bubble in the bottom-right of your dashboard; otherwise contact us here or email hi@ahaslides.com.
