The AI assistant answers your questions about using AhaSlides, right inside the app. Click the Need help? chat bubble whenever you’re unsure how to do something; the assistant can pass you to a person on our support team if it can’t solve the problem.

Before you start

  • You need to be logged in to your AhaSlides account.
  • The Need help? chat bubble shows at the bottom right of the app on Home, My presentations, the editor and other pages. It’s hidden while you’re presenting or previewing a presentation.

Ask the AI assistant a question

1

Open the assistant

Click the Need help? chat bubble at the bottom right of the screen. The assistant opens in a panel on the right, and you can keep working while it’s open.
2

Check you're talking to the AI assistant

The menu at the top of the panel switches between AI assistant and Human support. The panel opens on AI assistant.
3

Type your question

Ask in your own words, for example “How do I add a timer to a quiz question?” or “Why can’t my audience see the results?”.

What the AI assistant can do

  • Answer how-to questions using AhaSlides Docs.
  • Look at the presentation you have open, such as its name and its slides, so its answers fit what you’re working on. It only reads the presentation; it never changes it.
  • Pass you to our support team. When it can’t fully answer, or you ask for a person, it shows a Talk to a human button. Nothing is sent until you press it. Depending on availability, a chat with our team then opens in the same panel, or the team replies by email to the address on your account.
To build or edit slides with AI, use the AI Panel instead.
