If your presentation has more than 5 Quiz and 3 Unscored slides, you’ll only be able to host an event with up to 3 participants. We’ve kept this 3-participant limit so that you can still test your presentation across different devices before your main event. This way, you can be extra confident that everything will run smoothly when it matters most! For events with under 50 participants that only need up to 5 Quiz and 3 Unscored slides, AhaSlides is completely free to use! And there’s no cap on the number of participants per month, so you can host as many events as you need.If you need to host larger events or use more quiz or question slides, consider checking out our upgraded plans for more flexibility: Pricing page.
Which slides count towards the limit?
Only the Quiz and Unscored slides listed above are counted. Every other slide in your presentation is unlimited on the free plan, including:- Leaderboard slides — these are added automatically after a quiz slide and never count towards your 5 Quiz and 3 Unscored allowance. Adding or removing a leaderboard cannot push you over the limit. See adding and deleting a leaderboard.
- Content slides — your own text, images, and headings.
- Q&A slides, Spinner Wheel, YouTube, Embed, and other non-scored slide types.
