Managing your AhaSlides subscription is straightforward. Whether you’re looking to upgrade for more features or downgrade to a different tier, you can make these changes directly from your account in just a few steps.

Upgrading or downgrading your plan

Open the Billing section

Log in to your AhaSlides account and open the Billing section. You can get there in two ways:
  • Click on your profile image and select Billing, or
  • Click the Manage button under the Billing section on the My Plan page.

Update subscription

Click Update subscription.

Select your new plan

Click Select next to the plan you want to switch to, adjust the quantity of licenses (if you want to buy more for your team plan or reduce the number of members), then click Continue.

Confirm

Select Confirm to confirm your updates.

What happens when you downgrade

If you are downgrading, the excess amount will be converted to a credit balance that can be used for your next renewal or future purchases/upgrades. For example, a user downgrading from a Pro Yearly plan to an Essential Yearly plan would see the difference returned as a credit balance on their account, ready to apply to a future charge.
