How to cancel (turn off the auto-renewal of) your subscription
Monthly plans will renew automatically after 1 month, and Yearly plans will renew automatically after 1 year. We will send you a reminder email 2 weeks before your subscription is renewed. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime on AhaSlides, by using:1. The ‘Cancel subscription’ button on the My Plan page
If this option doesn’t work, please try the second option below.
- Get extra free month: you can get 1 month for Monthly plans or 2 months for Yearly plans if you choose this option instead of cancelling your AhaSlides Subscription.
- Continue to cancel: this will turn off the auto-renewal - you can of course still use AhaSlides until the end of the period you have paid for! With that in mind, you are free to make the renewal cancellation whenever you like.

There’s no pause/freeze option. There are two ways to stop paying without losing anything:
- Cancel (turn off auto-renewal) — keep full paid access until the current period ends, then the account drops to Free.
- Downgrade to Free now — same effect, immediately.
