Refund Policy
Cancel within 14 days of subscribing and you haven’t used AhaSlides at a live event? You’ll receive a full refund within 5-10 business days.
Find out if you are eligible for a refund during our 14-day refund period.
If you wish to cancel within fourteen (14) days from the day you subscribed, and you have not successfully used AhaSlides at a live event, you will receive a full refund.
In order to request a refund, please reach out to us at hi@ahaslides.com. We will take action to send you the refund immediately if you meet the above mentioned criteria and you will receive the amount in your bank account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
