Refund eligibility

If you wish to cancel within fourteen (14) days from the day you subscribed, and you have not successfully used AhaSlides at a live event, you will receive a full refund.

Request a refund

In order to request a refund, please reach out to us at hi@ahaslides.com. We will take action to send you the refund immediately if you cancel within fourteen (14) days of subscribing and have not successfully used AhaSlides at a live event and you will receive the amount in your bank account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
