Change or reset your password

Didn’t receive the password reset email?

1. Check your spam/junk folder — the reset email is sometimes filtered there, especially on corporate or school email accounts.
2. Confirm you typed the right email, all in lowercase — an email with capital letters, a typo, or the wrong address (e.g. a work alias instead of your sign-up email) won’t match your account.
3. Wait a few minutes and check again — delivery is occasionally delayed rather than lost.
4. Search your inbox for “AhaSlides” rather than scrolling, in case it landed in a different folder or tab.
