Card payment

AhaSlides accepts international credit cards and debit cards. When you make a purchase, the upgrade process is automatic and happens with immediate effect.

Credit balance

When you downgrade, refer a friend (or receive balance as a gift), your account will have a credit balance. This balance can be viewed on the My Plan page. This balance can be used in:
  • Upgrading your plan.
  • Purchase a plan.
  • Renewing your plan.
To use the balance, you only need to make purchase/upgrade normally, and the balance will be deducted from the price of the plan that you would like to purchase. The same applies for renewing your plan. You can see the information on the Billing & Payments page (by clicking Manage on the My Plan page).
