Sharing a presentation in the Team Workspace makes it accessible to everyone in your team, but here’s how to share it with specific members of your team, as opposed to the whole team.

From the Editor

Click on the presentation you would like to share. On the editor:

Open the Share menu

Head to the Share menu in the top toolbar.

Send to specific members

Under Send a copy, select Send to…. You’ll see a list of the people in your team.

Choose recipients and send

Check the box of the member (or members) you would like to send the presentation to, then click Send.
Some of the other options here:
  • Include slide notes. Check to send the slide notes along with the presentation.
  • Include response data. Check to send all responses, emoji reactions, and Q&A questions from your audience (if any) along with the presentation.
  • Small tick in the right-hand column. This shows that you have already sent a copy of the presentation to this team member. Hover over the check to see the date you sent it.

From the Dashboard

You can also do this from the dashboard by clicking the 3-dot menu on the right of the presentation name, then clicking Share. From here you can simply follow the steps above.

Where Does the Presentation Go?

Once you’ve sent a copy of your presentation to your team member(s), it will arrive in their Personal Workspace in the usual My Presentations tab. A green icon on the thumbnail will specify that this presentation was received from you.
