Hopin is virtual event software for hosting online workshops, conferences, webinars and other business events in real time. Its app store includes an AhaSlides app, so you can run interactive presentations directly inside your Hopin event — attendees respond without leaving the event page.
The AhaSlides app for Hopin is a third-party integration surfaced through Hopin’s own app store. Its availability depends on Hopin’s platform. If you can’t find it in your Hopin app store, check with Hopin’s support for the current status of their app catalogue.

What You Need

To use AhaSlides on Hopin, you need both:
  • Any Hopin paid plan.
  • Any AhaSlides plan (including Free).
The AhaSlides app can be added to the Reception, Stage, Session and Booth areas of a Hopin event.

How to Use AhaSlides and Hopin Together

Create your presentation on AhaSlides

Build the presentation you want to run during your event as you normally would.

Install the AhaSlides app on Hopin

Open your Hopin Organization Dashboard and go to the Apps tab. Click Discover More on App Store, find AhaSlides under the Polls & Surveys category, and click Install app to add it to your organization.

Get your presentation's access code

In your AhaSlides account, find the presentation you want to use and copy its access code — it’s shown directly on the dashboard.

Add AhaSlides to an event area

Back in Hopin, go to Event Dashboard > Venue and choose the area you want (Stage, Session, Reception or Booth). Scroll to the Apps section, paste the access code into the AhaSlides field, and tick the box under Enabled. Click Save.
Your attendees will now see an AhaSlides tab within that event area and can respond to your presentation live.
